How to start Contortion
Once you have your bridge with straight arms, you are eligible for contortion classes. Congrats!
Students are required to take Deep Stretch as a warm up prior to each contortion class
Contortion classes:
Contortion Skills - Friday at 830pm EST
Contortion Sequences - Sunday at 4pm EST

If you’re new to this training space and are wondering what class to try first, I recommend starting with active flex, handstands, or deep stretch.
These classes are designed to help you
Expand active range of motion.
Strengthen base range, mid range, and end range.
Develop comfort inverting & level up your handbalancing
Build a strong warm up for backbends
